Lisa Townsend-Reed serves as Business Development Manager for the Strategic Market Services (SMS) division of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. She joined the company in 2000 and is currently in a national sales position. Lisa has over 25 years of industry experience having served in various roles in the real estate transaction process including title processing, closing, and sales.

Lisa is an avid animal rescuer, having been involved in the rescue and re-homing of many dogs throughout the years. She believes that the true test of a human is the way that they treat the helpless members of society. Lisa also enjoys outdoor activities including biking, running, and hiking with her dogs.
